    • We understand the importance of security issues in payments and personal information hence we have equipped our payment systems with 128 bit encryption and secure servers so you don’t have to worry about making payments or any security breach. Also we have option for cash on delivery so you can simply pay the amount to the rider at your door step.
    • Orders once placed are processed within 24 hours from date/time of purchase. Any modification in the product, or cancellation and full refund of online orders will be accepted within first 24 hours of date/time of purchase only.
    • Sometimes we may need more than a week to deliver product due to unexpected circumstances. Once your order is ready to ship, we will send you a tracking number on your phone number via SMS
    • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after 24 hours from date/time of purchase.
    • In some cases it may take longer to receive the shipment depending on your location and accessibility.
    • PO Box address will not be accepted.

    SHOES CARE

    4. Handle your shoes with care to prevent scratches or damage. Be mindful of where you walk and avoid dragging your feet on rough surfaces. When not in use, store your shoes in a way that prevents them from rubbing against each other or other objects.

    5. Pay attention to closures and fastenings, such as zippers, laces, or buckles. Handle them gently to avoid breakage or deformation. Properly fasten your shoes to ensure a secure fit without putting excessive strain on the closures.

    6. Recognize that certain types of shoes, such as leather or suede, require specialized care. Invest in high-quality shoe care products, such as cleaners, conditioners, and protectants, to maintain the appearance and integrity of your shoes.

    7. Rotate your shoes regularly to allow them to air out and reduce wear. Wearing the same pair of shoes every day can accelerate deterioration and diminish their lifespan. Alternate between different pairs to give each one a chance to rest and recover.

    8. Regularly clean and maintain your shoes according to their material and construction. Follow manufacturer guidelines or seek advice from shoe care professionals for specific recommendations on cleaning, conditioning, and protecting your shoes.

    RETURN POLICY

    • Eligibility for Return or Exchange:
      Items can only be returned or exchanged if they meet our return conditions listed below. Please ensure the product is unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.

    • Damaged or Defective Product:
      If you receive a damaged or defective product, it can be returned for a full refund or exchanged for a new one.

      • The customer must return the parcel and bear the delivery charges for sending it back.

      • Once the complete order is received and inspected by our team, the refund will be processed within 3 working days.

    • Product Not as Shown in Pictures:
      If the product received is not the same as shown in the pictures on our website or social media, it is eligible for a full refund or exchange.

    • Shoes Refund Policy:

      • Shoes can only be refunded if the product is not the same as shown in the pictures.

      • If there is a size issue, the shoes can only be exchanged, not refunded.

      • Size exchanges are subject to availability of the required size.

    • Voucher Policy (Change of Mind / Unavailable Product or Size):

      • If the customer changes their mind after the order has reached the destination, the item can only be exchanged; no refund will be issued.

      • If a specific product or size is unavailable after purchase, a voucher of equal value will be created.

      • The voucher will be valid for 1 year and can be used on any future purchase from Shoetique.pk.

    • Exchange Time Limit:

      • For any exchange request, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

      • The product must be returned to us first, and once inspected, the replacement item will be dispatched.

      • Any price difference between the exchanged items will be adjusted accordingly.

    • Condition for Returns:
      Returned or exchanged items must be:

      • Unused and unworn

      • Free from dirt, marks, or damage

      • In original packaging with tags intact

    • Customer Responsibility:

      • All delivery and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

      • Cancellation or refund is not possible if the customer simply changes their mind or fails to confirm order details properly.

    • Processing Time:
      Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3 working days.
